Journey to serene Lake Naivasha, where you can glide across the water on a boat safari, spotting hippos and vibrant birdlife, and perhaps even set foot on Crescent Island, sharing the land with giraffes and zebras. Then, prepare for a rhino encounter at Lake Nakuru National Park, a haven for these magnificent creatures. 


The grand finale awaits in the legendary Masai Mara! Here, in this wildlife paradise, you'll embark on thrilling game drives, seeking out the Big Five – lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and buffalo – and witnessing the drama of the African savanna unfold before your very eyes. Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi


Welcome to Kenya! On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, clear with immigration and proceed to the arrivals area where you will be met by your representative for a briefing and transfer to your hotel for overnight. Dinner will be on your own arrangement.


Day 2: Drive to Lake Naivasha


Today drive down the Great Rift Valley Escarpment to the lakeside town of Naivasha. One of the major flower farming areas of Kenya, and the world. Arrive in good time for lunch at the lodge.

Optional Afternoon boat ride & Crescent Island excursion. Crescent Island Game Conservancy is a wildlife-rich peninsula in Lake Naivasha, Kenya about 80 km from Nairobi. The sanctuary has several walking trails and stunning views of Mt. Longonot, The Aberdare's and the Mau Escarpment. Created thousands of years ago the island is ideal for hiking, game viewing and bird watching. Just a two-hour drive from Nairobi, it's perfect for a day outing or a weekend retreat to enjoy being at one with nature.

Day 3: Day trip to Nakuru


Today drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, you will have an opportunity to explore the wonderful little park dominated by the lake which over the last few years has risen to its highest mark. The park is well known for its abundant rhino population and is a fantastic place to see these magnificent creatures on your journey. During your game drive stop at the beautiful waterfalls and drive up to the baboon cliffs to take in the wonderful views out over the lake.

Day 4: Drive to Mara National Reserve


Breakfast, followed by check out and drive to the Masai Mara, Kenya’s popular National Reserve. The drive is superbly scenic. Arrive in time for check in and lunch at the Camp.

Rest of the afternoon at leisure. Later embark on an evening game drive.

Overnight at Zebra Plains Camp / Mara Sopa Lodge /Little Zebra River Camp.


Day 5: Masai Mara


Today explore the vast expanses of the Masai Mara on morning, afternoon or even full day game drives. The jewel in Africa's crown, Maasai Mara is host to the most spectacular array of wildlife. Her 1,510 square kilometres of open savannah, woodlands and tree-lined rivers create an eco-system which supports huge numbers of bird and mammal species. The western border of the park is the spectacular Siria Escarpment, and together with the acacia dotted plains, creates scenery of stunning beauty. Lion are found in abundance throughout the park as are elephant, giraffe, a variety of gazelle species and zebra. Cheetah and leopard are also regularly seen and, if lucky, you may also find rhino. Game viewing is never dull in the Mara, and patience is often rewarded with unique sightings.

Day 6: Drive back to Nairobi and depart


Meet your representative in the reception area of the camp for your drive back to Nairobi. Upon arrival in Nairobi proceed for lunch at a local restaurant in Nairobi. Then later you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight connection.
